Q: When is the next auction?
A: There are auctions are going on just about every week in every state in the United States, and there are online auctions going on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.

Q: Do I need a special license to bid at the auctions?
A: For many auctions all you need is a regular driver's license. Be sure to check with the auctioneer before you go to the auction, to find out any particular rules of the auction you are interested in.

Q: What is in the Members' Area?
A: We keep track of the auctions going on in all 50 states plus the ones online, so our Members' Area is chock full of auction listings where you can get seized vehicles at very low prices all the time.

Q: Are the auctions in your Members' Area just from the US Marshals Service?
A: We have US Marshals Service auctions and government auctions of all types. Any vehicles seized by a Federal agency could be in these auctions. Plus we have all sorts of other auctions listed as well, to make our Members' Area as complete as possible.

Q: Is it hard to learn how to participate in the auctions? Are there a lot of difficult rules?
A: Bidding at the auctions is easy to do. We recommend that you watch at least one or two auctions just as an observer before you bid. That way you can learn how it's done.

Q: How do I get the vehicle after the auction is over?
A: If you are the winning bidder, you are responsible for having the vehicle removed from the auction site immediately after the auction is over.

Q: Is there a guarantee?
A: Our payment processor will, at its option, replace or repair any defective product within 8 weeks from the date of purchase. After 8 weeks all sales are final. This applies to membership to our site only. MarshalAuctions.com does not guarantee that you will be able to find a deal on any particular type of vehicle - you will need to do your own research using the resources in our Members' Area.

Q: Can I inspect the vehicles? And is financing available?
A: You can usually inspect the vehicles one hour before the auction begins. The vehicles must be fully paid for in cash at the auction. Ask the auctioneer these questions before the auction begins, so you will know all the rules of that particular auction.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept for the membership fee?
A: We accept credit cards and online checks.

Q: Do I need special computer software to access the databases in your Members' Area?
A: No. You can use any ordinary computer, Windows or Mac.
